G1, G2, G3 (greens) Vegetable Juices

Apparently according to Sarah Cadji founder of Roots & Bulbs, anything cooked over 40 degrees kills enzymes.

We eat a lot of processed and over cooked foods in our busy lifestyles and we do not realise these foods have lost their natural enzymes this means they do not contain enough nutrients, but juicing is the easiest way of getting back all the nutrients back into our system. Raw fruits and vegetables help nurture your body enzymes.

Sarah is a Health blogger and launched her own a juice brand. She has recently opened her own shop on Marylebone high street, and is usually there to help give advice and suggestions.
